Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Shipping is Monday- Friday.

After an order is placed on our website, it will be processed and shipped within 48 Business hours.

Please allow up to 72 business hours during a Sale.

We Ship Worldwide.

International Customers are responsible for Customs and taxes that may occur from their country.

Returns:

We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to us at CustomerService@WeAreTheBaxters.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be made by us within 24-48 hours (it may take up to five business days depending on your financial institution)

 

Please Note:
that any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to CustomerService@WeAreTheBaxters.com If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Custom Fees:
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we will refund the order MINUS original Shipping and 10% Restocking fee

 

Note:
We will do extensive tests to secure our products to make sure they don’t break during the shipping process.

 

Issues:

If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hrs to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. This is going to keep shipping cost and loss to a minimum and those low costs will benefit you!
