Finding Peace in the Midst of Loss

Rebuilding after loss is one of the hardest journeys we can take. For me, it has been a path of heartbreak, healing, and rediscovery. Losing so many loved ones, including the pain of losing a pregnancy, brought me to a place of unimaginable sorrow. Yet, in the depths of that pain, I discovered the resilience God placed within me.
Creating soap became my unexpected sanctuary. The act of blending oils, fragrances, and colors brought a sense of calm to my chaotic emotions. Watching something beautiful form out of raw ingredients reminded me that beauty can rise from brokenness. Each bar of soap became more than just a product—it became a symbol of my healing, a quiet testimony of hope.
God has been my anchor throughout this journey. His love and presence have carried me through moments when I felt like I couldn’t go on. My husband, my rock and partner, has been a constant source of support, reminding me that we are a team, leaning on each other in both joy and sorrow. And my children, with their laughter and love, have brought light to even the darkest days.
Rebuilding doesn’t mean forgetting—it means honoring the love we’ve lost by finding ways to live fully again. My soap-making isn’t just a craft; it’s a connection to the peace God provides, to the love of my family, and to the strength I’ve found within myself.
For anyone walking through loss, know this: rebuilding takes time, but you are not alone. There is beauty to be found in the midst of your pain, and there is hope waiting for you. Hold on, trust in God’s plan, and allow yourself to heal—one step, one creation, one moment at a time.
I love you.
